Dead Horse Point

One of the finest views in the canyons around Moab is dawn from Dead Horse Point. There is a great view of the river, the canyon walls and toward the Island in the Sky section of Canyonlands. The glow in the predawn light is spectacular from here.

Get up early and get out here before sunrise. It is just not the same once the sunrises.
